Much loved Brother to Ann, David, Martin, Stephen, Tim & the late William. Dear Uncle of Michelle, Stephanie & Harry, Susan & Yvonne, sadly missed by all his family, many friends and staff at William Mather House, The David Lewis Centre, Alderley Edge where Andrew was so well cared for. Funeral Service at Macclesfield Crematorium on Thursday 2nd March at 3.30pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired please for The David Lewis Centre.
